HEIGHT: 6ft 2in

WEIGHT: 11st 3lbs

What’s your favourite workout?

Lifting weights – they make me feel super strong and empowered. My favourite is dead lifting as it is my strongest lift and I can go super heavy. My personal best is 110kg! I also do pilates and I love boxing classes as they are super challenging and make me sweat. I usually train 5-6 days a week.

TOWIE’S Jessica Wright talks body inspo: ‘Seeing hot bodies on Instagram motivates me!’

How do you motivate yourself to keep fit?

I find that writing down my goals and saving them on my desktop helps to motivate me as I see the document every time I turn on my computer!

Do you have any favourite workout music?

I love a bit of Adele and I am not ashamed!

Which body part do you struggle to keep in shape?

I am a typical woman and store my body fat around my midriff and thighs, so they are the toughest areas to shift.

What’s your guilty food pleasure?

Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate – and none of that healthy dark chocolate. I mean the real deal – Galaxy Cookie Crumble is my favourite! I have chocolate a couple of times a week – I don’t believe in deprivation.

What’s your alcohol of choice?

I hardly drink, but when I do I choose clear spirits such as gin or vodka and a light mixer.
