Kanye West has compared his stage antics to the dangers of a soldier at war
Oh yes! Kanye West must have read my recent blog, ‘Dear Kanye West when did you get so boring?’ Because I accused ‘that shit cray’ Kanye of becoming boring after having a baby with his fiancé Kim Kardashian but – da-daaaaaah – he’s back and he’s more brilliant than ever.
And when I say brilliant, I actually mean, bloody stupid. And offensive. And everything he used to be – rockstar. Obvs!
Most recently, he’s compared his stage antics to the dangers of a soldier at war. Erm… WTF?
‘I’m just giving of my body on the stage and putting my life at risk, literally…’ He was referring to his performances where he stands on top of a moving mountain. Y’know… not a real one.
‘That mountain goes really, really high and if I slipped… you never know. And I think about it. I think about my family and I’m like, ‘Wow, this is like being a police officer or something, in war, or something.’
NO KANYE! NEWSFLASH – IT’S NOT!
He recently defended himself when he was accused of comparing himself to the late Nelson Mandela when he said: ‘I am the next Nelson Mandela. I’m only 36 years old, and when I look at everything I’ve accomplished, it’s the only comparison that makes any sense. By the time I’m 95, I’m going to be a bigger hero than he ever was.’
And just days after that he ejected a female fan from a gig in Texas after she yelled at him to take a mask off.
He said: ‘Now, you can see my face on the internet every motherf–king day, I came here, I open up a motherf***ing mountain… and you tryin’ to tell me how to give you my art. Now tell me something, y’all want me to do this show the way I would do this show?’
After the heckles continued, Kanye said, ‘Don’t f***ing heckle me, I’m Kanye motherf***ing West.’
Anyway… lovely… more please, Kanye! Otherwise what would I have to write about?!
