Michelle has the support of her future mother-in-law

Michelle Keegan‘s co-stars don’t want her to leave Coronation Street.

Catherine Tyldesley and Antony Cotton – who play Eva Price and Sean Tully – joked on Twitter yesterday that they want to lock Michelle, 26, up on set so she can’t escape.

‘Keegs has just snapchatted me that she’s only got one more day in Weatherfield. This has made me sad. Don’t go Keegan….!’ Tweeted Antony, 38.

Catherine, 30, wrote: ‘I’m going to keep her in a cupboard in our dressing room. If we just give her pork scratchings and Oreo cookies occasionally she’ll be happy as Larry x.’

Michelle seemed okay with this plan, replying: ‘YES pleeeeeease I’ll be very happy!!!!! 😉💋 xxx.’

Pretty Michelle has played barmaid Tina McIntyre since 2008 but will shoot her character’s final murder scenes today and has told Twitter fans that she’s ‘SO emotional’.

Her fiancé Mark
Wright‘s mum Carol was being very supportive last night, telling her that she’s a ‘superstar’ and deserves to win an Oscar.

‘it’s been a big part of your life but now its time to go with your heart and follow the yellow brick road x,’ Tweeted Carol.
