Professor Green's girl says being filmed isn't always as fun as it looks

Millie Mackintosh has admitted that it’s not easy being a Made In Chelsea cast member.

The 22-year-old make-up artist says it’s difficult having the public watch her personal life play out on the hit E4 show.

‘It is hard and it can mess with your head a bit, having your reality filmed,’ says Millie.

‘There are ways to handle it and keep your head screwed on.’

Millie has been a fixture on MIC since the the first series began in May 2011, but new faces such as Kimberley Garner – who she describes as a ‘sweet girl’ – have joined the cast in later episodes.

Millie is always on hand to help recent additions prepare for their fame.

‘I’ll only give newcomers advice if they ask for it,’ says Millie.

‘I’ll tell them how to handle certain things. I’ve given [Kimberley] advice on how to handle herself on the show, but what she does with it is up to her.’
