McFly star and partner Aliona Vilani beat Chelsee Healey and Jason Donovan
Harry Judd won the Strictly Come Dancing final on Saturday night at the Tower Ballroom in Blackpool.
The judges’ scores didn’t count this time – ‘pigeon-toed’ Harry was voted 2011 winner by the viewers.
The McFly drummer, 25, who was your hot favourite to win, trounced Chelsee Healey, 23, and Jason Donovan, 43, to lift the coveted glitter ball with partner Aliona Vilani.
Harry took to the floor first with Aliona to dance a ‘stunning’ and ‘elegant’ quickstep ‘all guns blazing’. The drummer proved he’d worked on his lazy left foot and upped his game again.
Jason and Kristina Rihanoff followed with their tango and Chelsee and Pasha Kovalev performed their Shrek-themed jive.
Then the acts took to the floor with their show dances.
After the break, first to be eliminated was Jason, leaving Chelsee and Harry to fight it out with a new routine – before star guest Jessie J performed Price Tag – and then a repeat of their favourite dance from the series.
All 11 couples returned to the dance floor for a joint spectacular before Harry found out he was a champ.
His McFly band mates ran onto the floor to congratulate ‘their boy’ and were ticked off by Brucie, who was waiting to interview him.
