The celebs whose earning potentials have nose dived
Check out the stars who’ve seen their earning potential nose dive…
Mario Falcone, 26
TOWIE‘s given Mario Celeb BB fame and enough money to spend on an £100k Audi Spyder. But all that’s in jeopardy as the reality star’s currently suspended from the show while bosses investigate claims he took cocaine.
With a £1 million Channel 5 deal and West End plays, comic Justin’s future looked bright in 2011. But it all came crashing down when he was convicted of harassing his girlfriend and sentenced to 140 hours community service. You can now find him on digital radio station FUBAR.
Chris Fountain, 26
He was sacked from Corrie last year after video clips of him spitting vile raps – including lyrics about rape – emerged online. The lucrative pantomime gigs went, too.
Kelly Brook, 34
When Simon Cowell recruited Kelly as a BGT judge in 2009, it was supposed to be her big return to TV after The Big Breakfast in 1999. But she was axed after only six days in the job – apparently due to a lack of chemistry. Apart from the odd Celebrity Juice, Kelly hasn’t troubled our TVs since.
James Arthur, 26
Despite scoring a multimillion-selling No 1 single with Impossible, 2012’s X Factor winner lost his £1 million contract with Syco earlier this year after he described other talent show winners as ‘puppets’, wrote dodgy lyrics about terrorists and made comments about gay people.
April 2012: Tulisa has a No 1 single and an X Factor salary of £500k a year. After a sex tape scandal, she’s since been axed from the show.
Kirk Norcross, 26
The TOWIE star earned £400k within one year from public appearances and mag deals. But last year his reputation was damaged when pics of him performing a sex act on himself during a webcam session were leaked online.
