We can’t get enough of Joe Wicks, who famously goes by the name of The Body Coach. He’s making quite a name for himself on Instagram, posting hilarious #Leanin15 cooking videos and incredible body transformation pics. It’s safe to say we’re a little bit in love!

So what’s the one move Joe recommends for terrific triceps?
‘If you want to work those bingo wings, the best exercise for you is tricep dips,’ reveals Joe, adding:
‘All you need is chair, a step or a bench – you can do it in the park or in your living room.’

Joe says: ‘Do that for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds and do that for about 10-15 times. It’s a really good workout and it’s going to work your triceps and get them nice and firm and get you looking awesome in your bikini this summer!’
