In the video, Amy demonstrates her favourite 6 exercises: the plank, the squat, the kick bum, the press up, the bicep curl and the lunge. The whole workout routine has been specially designed to target the whole body in a short amount of time, meaning you won’t have to spend hours at the gym.
Aim for 10-15 reps per exercise, 2-3 times a week, and we bet that you’ll have a smokin’ hot bod just in time for summer.
