Kate gets it right with matt base, smoky eyes and pink lippy

Kate Middleton shows us how to sparkle at a reception at the Imperial War Museum in London.

Whatever the occasion, Prince William‘s wife always looks perfect and we can’t wait to see her at the Royal Jubilee celebrations next week.

Copy the Duchess of Cambridge‘s soft grey smoky eye and pearly pink lip for a pretty look that lasts.

Follow these simple steps to recreate Kate‘s make-up:

1. Apply a matt base foundation.

2.  Build different textures with a long-lasting cream shadow smudged over lids and along the lower lash line.

3. Finish by applying a slick of pink lippy – not gloss – with a brush.
