We LOVE Cheryl's latest hair hue and her selfie caption is equally amazing

Just weeks after having a radical new style, Cheryl has changed her hair yet again with a VERY vibrant new colour.

The 31-year-old star unveiled her newly bright red locks to Instagram fans on Wednesday and did so in an hilarious selfie featuring, erm, her dad in the background.

‘😂 Dad: "what ye deeing" "wait til I git doon these stairs" Got him !! #rundadrun,’ Cheryl captioned the photo.

‘@ellenoradean thanks for the color refresh 😘🌹’

We love your attempts at writing in Geordie, Chezza, though we must admit we struggled with some of the words. Let’s hope the singer’s French hubby Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini is getting used to the Newcastle lingo!

Anyway, back to Cheryl’s hair. The X Factor judge has opted for an even more vivid shade of red than before and is rocking a slick side parting too.

The new colour gets the thumbs up from us and Chezza‘s fans are equally in favour.

‘Your hair looks gorgeous Cheryl💕ilysm❤️,’ one commented.

Another admirer wrote: ‘awh bless xxx love your hair gorgeous girl <3’

Cheryl’s sleek new barnet always seems to look great but she’s admitted that it can actually be HARDER to style than when she had longer tresses.

During a Twitter Q&A about styling this week, the former Girls Aloud star revealed that it’s more difficult as: ‘I always have to style it otherwise it takes on a life of its own but with long hair I can put it in a top knot’

Cheryl is clearly enjoying having a bob though. When a fan sent two pictures of herself to ask whether she looked better with longer or shorter hair, Chezza replied: ‘You look cute in both but short obvs 💁🏻 #everyonehaslonghair 😴 ‘

The singer also revealed that if she only had time to sort either her mane or her make-up she’d choose to do her tresses.

We can’t wait to see what the newly experimental Cheryl does with her hair next!
