1. Charlotte Crosby

The shock after love-of-her-life Mitch Jenkins dumped her caused Charlotte Crosby to go on a revenge body mission. She filmed her fab three minute belly blitz DVD and dropped four dress sizes and two and a half stone. Mitch is back in her life, although some fans are critising Char for being too slender. She said: ‘In every interview I state CLEARLY that I lost weight slowly over a long period of time. I didn’t drop three stone in a month like some articles claim.

3. Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez, AKA JLo, AKA Jenny from the Block is looking fierce these days.

After struggling to shift her baby weight after having twins Max and Emme, she fought the flab by training for a decathlon, and it’s done wonders for her ever since.

When she split from dancer Casper Smart last year, she upped her game. Now she’s rocking cropped tops and mini skirts on a shopping trip in Miami, with Casper back by her side.

And her secret – going Vegan…

She said: ‘Since I had the babies about six years ago, I had that really stubborn 8 to 10 pounds on me. People are used to seeing me be kind of thickish, but when I started eating [vegan], right away I dropped like 8 to 10 pounds. It was a real change, but more than that I felt better and people were like, ‘Your energy’s better’… everything’s better.’

3. Khloe Kardashian

Khloe’s body is fabulous to boot. Or should we say, boot-y.

Since splitting from her husband and love of her life Lamar Odom, Khlo’s has been hitting the gym.

Khloe said she’s not on a diet because she thinks they are too ‘weird’ and says she made the decision to cut back on some of her favourite sugary drinks.

She said: ‘I made major cut-backs. I used to love soda, so I’ve cut out soda completely and I drink like ice tea or water.’

‘I made that like a lifestyle change. If you do one thing a month and you cut something off little by little and then it just becomes a part of your life.’

4. Kate Hudson

After splitting from Muse frontman Matt Bellamy, K-Hud needed a new direction. And that was towards the gym judging from her toned arms and super flat tum.

The mum-of-two upped her workout game, which she owes to Pilates, skipping and working out for just 20 minutes a day.

She said: ‘I’m a big believer in doing 20 minutes of exercise a day. I love skipping with a rope because it’s one of the hardest cardio exercises you can do, but it’s so easy. I do three sets of three minutes; I’m always shocked at how sweaty I get.’

5. Caitlin Jenner

Kris Jenner probably thought she’d have to compete with daughters Kim and Kendall in the glamour stakes, before ever having to go pedicure to pedicure with her ex Caitlyn Jenner in the style stakes.

But the Kardashian momager might need to step things up or, er, get Kanye to style her or something, after Caitlyn, who transitioned into a woman after splitting from her in October 2013, has been stepping out look classier than ever with daughter Kendall in Beverly Hills, for the first time since the former Olympian unveiled herself on the cover of Vanity Fair last month.

Meanwhile Kris has been laying low in trademark black, as well as trying out a rather dodgy camouflage tracksuit.

6. Katie Holmes

We’re surprised Tom wasn’t Cruising back to Katie – after she revamped her figure after their split.

This Broadway star was looking on the thin side after her stressful split from movie badboy Tom.

But she’s been regaining her curves and keeping her shape in check with frequent Soul Cycle classes. No wonder she’s got pulses racing.
