The Saturdays singer reckons she needs to man up

New mum Frankie Sandford felt rather emotional when son Parker had a routine examination yesterday.

The Saturdays singer, 24, couldn’t help sobbing while her baby had his blood spot test to determine if he has any health conditions such as cystic fibrosis.

‘Little Parker had his routine heel prick test yesterday… I think I cried longer than he did! I need to man up!’ Tweeted Frankie.

Frankie and her fiancé Wayne Bridge welcomed Parker last Friday and have since said that they’re ‘absolutely besotted’ and ‘so in love’.

But the pretty brunette was always going to have trouble watching Parker have his jabs.

She admitted last month that she was terrified of needles.

‘I was a big girl today and had an injection without passing out.Haha. Apparently the needle was tiny. I wouldn’t know cos I couldn’t look!Tweeted Frankie.
