Drugs, strippers and shame upon the Palace and now Prince Harry's joining the dirty thirties club!
Throughout his younger years, Prince Harry‘s headline grabbing antics haven’t been anything shy of shocking and scandalous. And we’ve loved every one of his rebellious antics!
Harry‘s first controversy came when he was 16 when he admitted experimenting with cannabis at Highgrove. A
spokesperson for St James’s Palace confirmed the newspaper allegations and Prince Charles sent his teenage son to a rehabilitation clinic to teach him the dangers of
drink and drugs.
As Harry grew older he
became a regular on the London party scene and was often snapped
stumbling out of clubs, blurry-eyed, in the early hours.
When he was 20, Harry was accused of lashing out
at a waiting paparazzi following a brawl outside Pangaea club in
London’s West End when royal officials said he was hit in the face by a camera, leaving our favourite ginger even more red-faced.
One of Prince Harry‘s biggest scandals came after he was photographed
attending a fancy dress party in a Nazi uniform. The pictures were on the front page of The Sun newspaper with the headline, ‘Harry The Nazi.’
With the incident taking place just two weeks
before the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, the Nazi
concentration camp where more than a million Jews were murdered,
the prince quickly apologised for his ‘poor choice of costume’ which
caused global outrage.
Although the prince may be entering his dirty
thirties as a single pringle, Harry‘s had much more than just a mingle over the years.
After being romantically linked to The Saturday’s
Mollie King, presenter Caroline Flack and former Victoria’s Secret model Karolina Kurkova, Harry’s most poignant relationships have been
with Chelsy Davy and socialite Cressida
Chelsy dated the prince on and off from 2004 to 2010,
with Harry then dating Cressida in May 2012 for two
In 2012, Harry‘s boozy lifestyle reached its peak when the prince was snapped in a Las Vegas hotel suite partying naked with naked girls.
Harry blamed the incident on ‘too much army and
not enough prince’ as the Palace once again issued an apology for his behaviour.
But it hasn’t all been fun and games. Between the parties and royal engagements, Prince Harry has also carved himself out a very admirable
career as a military Apache helicopter pilot with two tours of
Afghanistan under his belt.
And although the once party-loving prince may shy away
from the clubs these days in favour of saving lives, we’re sure
they’ll be plenty more OMG moments to come as Harry enters his
