The Wrong Mans star loves being a dad
James Corden has started noticing differences amongst his friends since becoming a dad.
The actor and his wife Julia Carey welcomed first child Max in April 2011 and James has found it so overwhelming that he thinks his childless pals can’t possibly understand.
You spot so quickly the indifference of friends of yours who don’t have children,’ says James, 35.
You start to feel for them, really. I sometimes say, “I feel for you, man, that you don’t have this thing.”‘
James, who is currently starring in BBC Two comedy drama The Wrong Mans, is bowled over by how much he loves his 2-year-old son.
Max is amazing,’ he tells the Daily Record.
It’s great – you really can’t understand in advance quite how happy they make you and you didn’t realise you could have such a depth of feeling for people.’
