The glamour model had reportedly been 'banned' from seeing the kids

Katie Price has spoken out about her son Junior and daughter Princess’s living situation following reports that Peter Andre has ‘banned’ her from seeing them.

The mum-of-five confirmed in an emotional statement on Thursday that the children ARE living with her ex-husband Peter, something they both deemed best for them as she continues to go through the aftermath of her split from third husband Kieran Hayler.

‘What is important [is] that the focus is on what is best for the children during tough times as Peter has acknowledged,’ a spokesperson for Katie, 40, tells The Mirror. ‘Katie is a remarkable mother, Peter is a wonderful father, together they are doing what is best for their children’

The rep also added that both Junior – who celebrated his 13th birthday this week – and 10-year-old Princess are looking forward to being with Katie again.

Pete, 45, has yet to directly comment on the situation but hinted at his worries for the kids earlier this week.

‘I think any parent who doesn’t have their children all of the time will have a sense of worry,’ he told new! magazine. ‘I’m a bit of a worrier with my kids, but my mum was exactly the same.’

The singer – who also has Amelia, 4, and Theo, 18 months, with wife Emily – added: ‘J and P have gone, and will go, through tough times in their lives.

‘But no matter what, Emily and I will always provide a stable home for them. People can read in to that how they like.’

Pete has reportedly been concerned about Katie’s partying lifestyle and her new relationship with personal trainer Kris Boyson following her split from Kieran.

Meanwhile Pricey is focusing on her other children Harvey, 16, Jett, 4, and Bunny, 3, amidst the drama and cutely filmed Bunny enjoying a day out in London with her on Thursday.

The mum and daughter had a giggle together, with Bunny adorably trying on a pair of glasses.

And during a taxi journey past Buckingham Palace, the toddler called out ‘Hi, Queen!’ and admitted she wanted to have tea with Her Majesty.
