The I’m A Celeb hosts have secured a healthy pay rise

Try to imagine I’m A Celeb without Ant and Dec’s hilarious quips….unthinkable, right? It’s like trying to imagine Bake Off without Mary Berry. Oh. Sad face.

Thankfully, the Geordie hosts have signed on the dotted line to stay at ITV for another three years, and secured themselves a healthy pay rise of about £2.5m each in the process.

The exclusive deal will take the duo into 2019, meaning they will have been with ITV for 21 years.

Always-left-handside-standing Ant McPartlin said: “We are absolutely delighted to be extending our relationship with ITV, to continue on the three shows we love, as well as exploring further opportunities both in front of and behind the camera.”

And Declan Donnelly added: “This deal will take us past the 20-year mark with ITV and we couldn’t be happier.”

Yeah, we’d be pretty happy with that many £££ too.

But it’s well deserved for all their years working late, spending hours on a plane travelling Down Under, grinding out those Saturday evening shifts and putting up with their boss’s crap jokes.

It means the former Byker Grover stars, who turned 40 this year, will also continue to host Britain’s Got Talent and Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway (which to be fair wouldn’t really work as a show without them…)

You won’t believe how much are the I’m A Celeb stars are getting paid
