Watch our video to see just how much Kim Kardashian's face has changed over the years
She was crowned Woman Of The Year at the prestigious GQ Men Of The Year awards in London and has also posed naked in their latest issue, and we couldn’t help but notice that Kim Kardashian looks the best she’s ever looked.
So what’s Kim‘s secret?
The 33-year-old reality TV star has confessed to having Botox in the past but Kim has always denied having plastic surgery. Whatever her incredible secret is, there’s no denying Kim‘s face has changed dramatically since she first shot to fame in 2006 when her sex tape with ex-boyfriend Ray J was leaked.

‘I’m totally not against plastic surgery… I’ve tried Botox before,’ she said in 2010. ‘That’s the only thing that I’ve done. She even let the cameras for her show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, film her having Botox.
Over the years, you can see the shape of Kim‘s nose has changed, it’s become thinner and more pinched at the tip, but she insists she has never had a nose job.
In 2008 Kim put her changing face down to expensive lotions and potions, saying: ‘I always have a light shimmer strip down my nose and above my lip, it really brightens up my face.’
She added: ‘I’ve never had my nose done. But what’s funny about my nose is it’s my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done. I went to a doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn’t – I wouldn’t look the same.’
As you can see from our video, the tiny fine hairs across Kim‘s forehead have disappeared, her cheeks appear fuller and so do her lips. In 2011, she said: ‘I read that I’d had my lips done. I’ve always had big lips, look at my baby pictures, it’s ridiculous.’
Her boobs look suspiciously round and voluptuous too in her sexy naked photoshoot with GQ, but she’s adamant she’s never had a boob job.
She told a US chat show host in 2010: ‘Trust me honey, if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done.’
OK, we get it Kim. You’ve never been under the knife. Ever.
