Strictly star Mark Wright has his eye on a special band for his big day

Mark Wright, 27, plans to add a touch of Strictly to his dream wedding next year.

The former TOWIE star and actress Michelle Keegan, 27, have set a date to get married next summer.

However, to add a special touch to the wedding, Mark is hoping to book the BBC Strictly Come Dancing house band for the reception.

But that’s not all, there’s even talk that he’s arranged for the Strictly dancers to perform a choreographed routine.

It’s clear that Mark has really bonded with the people behind the scenes of the hit TV programme and he is enjoying himself.

Although the reality star has been improving his dance skills each week whilst on the BBC show it has been revealed that Mark and Michelle will not be doing a special dance routine on their special day.

Michelle has been very supportive of her fiancé while he has been on the show. A source said: ‘They both wanted a flavour of Strictly on their wedding day. But they’re not going to learn a special routine, they will just sway around the dance floor.’

Mark wouldn’t be the first celebrity to hire the band for their wedding. Former Strictly pro dancer Camilla Dallerup also booked Lance Ellington from the Strictly band for her wedding to Kevin Sacre.

The former Coronation Street actress and The Only Way Is Essex star got engaged over a year ago after less than 12 months of dating.

The brunette beauty moved from Manchester to be with Mark in Essex and they now live in their ‘dream home’ together.

Michelle previously said: ‘It’s gorgeous. We’ve been searching for such a long time.

‘We pulled out of two houses because we didn’t like one and then another was in the wrong area so it was panic, panic.

‘Then one day we were driving past this house, and as soon as we walked in we knew. It’s a new build. It’s my dream home.’

Aww – how sweet.
