There’s no denying it – Rochelle Humes has an incredible body.
The Saturdays singer always looks flawless, so we felt it totally necessary to delve into the world of Rochelle and check exactly what she’s eating to maintain her hot bod, gorgeous skin and incredible hair.
You might think the 26-year-old, who married Marvin Humes back in summer 2012, eats a super healthy diet, but she’s certainly got a sweet tooth just like the rest of us! Phew!
In April, Rochelle posted a snap of Nutella flavoured ice-cream onto Instagram, with the caption:
‘Dreaming of this #Nutella ice cream from my meeting yesterday with my management. Always a good meeting when it involves ice cream.’
Oh and take a look at the star’s hot chocolate, piled highwith whipped cream. We want one, now!
Rochelle also enjoys big breakfasts such as this delicious looking plate of smoked salmon, poached eggs and avocado on toast. A-mazing.
Another breakfast that Rochelle enjoyed whilst on a shoot, was avocado with chilli and lime on toasted sourdough. Healthy, delicious and filling. It?s not all about lettuce leaves and no-carb diets for Rochelle y’no!
As for dinner, Rochelle munches on a range of food, from these yummy looking seaweed wraps to courgetti – spaghetti made from courgettes, usually with a spiralizer.
Rochelle has also let us in on the food that daughter Alaia- Mai, who is nearly two, loves to eat including these homemade banana pancake sushi rolls. We don’t blame Alaia for lovin’ these!
Does Rochelle love to drink? Err, yeah! Check out the fresh ‘n’ fruity watermelon juices she was sipping in February 2015.
Everyone needs a snack, including celebrities. Rochelle knows how to snack wisely and enjoys light bites including these rice cakes slathered in cashew butter with sliced apple and banana. She’s also a lover of edamame beans judging by this pic.
