The singer was in the bands Nightmares In Wax and Mystery Girls but eventually found fame with his group Dead Or Alive.

The music star started having injections in his lips in 2000 and by 2002 had had various cosmetic surgery ops to transform his face.
Pete stepped out with a variety of hairdos in the following years and happily mixed things up, often teaming women’s clothing with fancy dress garments.
2006 was a big year for the vocalist – he divorced Lynne, started dating Michael Simpson and entered the Celebrity Big Brother house.
Following his appearance on the show, Pete released a book and also discussed his surgery mishaps in ITV documentary Pete Burns’ Cosmetic Surgery Nightmares.
The following year Pete sued a Harley Street surgeon, who admitted liability in administering injections on his lips from 2000 to 2004, and the singer accepted a £450,000 out-of-court settlement in 2009.
Pete continued to showcase his inimitable style and went to London Fashion Week with piercings all over his face in 2010.
