Look fit and get fit with Missguided's new sportswear range in collaboration Skinny Bitch Collective... Ellie Goulding's a fan!

New Year, new you and all that jazz; so why not look fit whilst you aim to get fit? We’re currently drinking green juice as we write this…

Online fashion brand Missguided has teamed with The Skinny Bitch Collective, which was the most talked about wellness and lifestyle project for women in 2014.

SBC is the ‘secret class for supermodels’ – boasting VIP fans such as Ellie Goulding, Millie Mackintosh, Suki Waterhouse and Victoria’s Secret Angels – the elite crop of British fashion icons who train alongside each other.

The brainchild of Russell Bateman. Having coached athletes and trained alongside some top health professionals, he’s developed a training regime through a collective which was aimed specifically at promoting lean, strong, empowering women through reeducating them on the misconceptions around fitness and wellness.

SBC and Missguided is now offering you an insight into the elite and the best way to get fit. It shows you how to train hard and get results, and challenges all perceptions of female workouts.

Launching on its own micro-site, SBC with Missguided will be providing you with an exclusive designed ‘SBC Base Programme’, featuring 10 mini workouts that focus on all areas of the body, while fitting into your daily lifestyle and getting your body hot for 2015.

SBC said of the collaboration, ‘We’re really pleased to partner up with Missguided and give their customers an insight into the world of SBC with a selection of exclusive videos and guidelines to practice at home.

‘The SBC X Missguided programme and videos are designed to help you get leaner, stronger and they’re actually a lot of fun, too! Try your best and pick the exercises that suit your goal.’

Fusing fashion and fitness, SBC x Missguided joined forces as they both share a common goal – to empower women in their confidence and attitude. Creating a synergy between style and strength, it encourages those who aren’t yet comfortable ‘training hard’ without guidance. It makes achievable goals, regardless of experience, helping you increase fitness levels and mastering awesome techniques to boost your game.

To add a style injection to your workout, kit yourself out in Missguided‘s new Active Wear range offering a mix ‘n’ match 53-piece collection. In an array of vibrant and exclusive prints, staple strappy tops and statement slogans. Missguided Active makes your wardrobe work as hard on the street as it does in the gym. Winner!
