Chezza won't be getting millions from top designer
Rumours were flying that the Italian designer had offered Cheryl £1.3 million to front his autumn/winter fashion line, but they were swiftly crushed on Friday by the Cavalli camp in a statement:
‘Please note that contrary to false rumours from today’s newspapers and online news sites, the house of Roberto Cavalli have never approached or offered Ms Cheryl Cole a fee to appear in any of its advertising campaigns.’
Roberto, who once designed a diffusion range for high street label H&M, is famed for his ostentatious animal prints, gold snake signature statement jewellery, plunging necklines and diaphanous maxi dresses.
