Kara Tointon is feeling better than ever now she’s entered her 30s.

The actress – who’s loved-up with sexy Strictly Come Dancing pro Artem Chigvintsev, 31 – isn’t worrying about ageing as she’s much happier now she’s older.

‘I do think: “Oh God,” but we’re all going in that direction so it’s not like I’m on my own,’ says Kara, 30.

‘I feel so much better now than I did in my early 20s.’

Kara’s also looking to the future by setting herself some exciting goals.

‘There are so many things [I want to do before I die], but I would really like to walk the Great Wall Of China,’ the former EastEnders star says.
