TOWIE's Lydia made sure Arg knows EXACTLY what he's missing
Lydia, 25, who reunited with Arg, 27, her childhood sweetheart, in March after he completed a month long stint in rehab for self-esteem issues, anxiety and depression, posted this picture on Instagram saying: ‘After work out selfie. Excuse the tan marks. Bring on those summer abs.’

The TOWIE star is a self-confessed gym bunny and works out five times a week for an hour and a half a day. ‘I do one hour of cardio and half an hour of weights,’ reveals Lydia. ‘I’ll switch it up sometimes and focus on arms, abs, upper body etc. I’m also quite restricted with food.’
Lydia has also revealed the secret behind her flat stomach consists of six meals a day – and no snacking! ‘I eat six times a day – so a little a lot. I eat loads of protein and go through a pack of chicken, pack of salmon and can of tuna a day. And lots of eggs. Most of my diet is protein but I do have carbs as well.’ No fish and chips then? Ahem…
And her impressive fitness regime doesn’t end there. Recently, Lydia completed her second charity bike ride, cycling 250 miles through Vietnam and Cambodia with celebrity pal Denise Van Outen for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Meanwhile, Arg, who has lost an incredible four stone since Christmas after hiring a personal trainer and eating a high-protein diet from Muscle Food, has been celebrating Mark Wright‘s upcoming nuptials on his Las Vegas stag. The Essex gang are away for a week of pool parties, late nights and fun in the sun.
