Michelle does get plenty of exercise, though

Now columnist Michelle Keegan has an amazing figure but enjoys her grub too much to starve herself.

‘I never deprive myself of food, I just make sure I go to the gym three to four times a week and eat a balanced diet,’ she explains.

‘For a treat, I’ll have a big roast or Reese’s Pieces.’

And Michelle, 26, has a top tip for not getting a booze belly.

‘Most alcoholic drinks are full of sugar, so stick to clear drinks with mixers such as soda,’ she suggests.
