Dream and King's mama has been hard at work
It’s important not to put pressure on women who’ve recently given birth to get back to their pre-baby weight as soon as possible. We mean, their bodies are going through enough without the outside pressure of ‘bouncing back’!
However, it seems as if Blac Chyna put the challenge on herself after welcoming Dream Kardashian to the world, by wasting no time in getting back to the gym, taking hikes with fiancé Rob Kardashian and sipping on her anti-bloat teas.
Now, two months post-partum, the California-based social media entrepreneur has made big steps in her fitness journey, revealing that she’s lost 34lbs – over 15kgs!
Chyna – real name Angela White – addressed fans on her Snapchat over the weekend with the news of her weight loss with a short video. Filmed from above, viewers can see her step onto the scale.
‘From 192.2 to 158.2,’ she captioned the Snap. And with her recently celebrating reaching 11million Instagram followers, plenty of fans took to the web to encourage her on her journey.
‘I feel confident,’ Chyna told E! News last week, at her first public appearance with Rob after Dream’s birth. ‘I’ve been trying to get my body back and focusing on the baby. She’s healthy. I’m healthy. That’s just my main focus.’
Too right, girl! However, due to her having a C-section, she claims that it has been more difficult to reach her end goal of 130lbs (59kgs).
‘It’s super hard,’ Chyna continued. ‘I had actually had a C-section, so with breastfeeding and drinking water and my teas and my other little remedies…it’s been working out for me really good.’
Keep doing what you’re doing Chyna – it’s clearly having a great effect!
