Star works as waitress and cook to research her next role
Catherine Zeta Jones was so determined to sizzle as a top chef in her new movie, she took a job in a restaurant.
The actress is to play a top chef in No Reservations and has been working in a New York kitchen as research for her new film.
She claims she is so clueless about cooking that she once set fire to the pan – the only time she tried to make a romantic meal for hubby Michael Douglas, 62.
And while the preparation for the new movie paid off, Catherine won’t be missing life as a lowly paid kitchen hand.
The 37-year-old tells The Sun: ‘I worked the kitchen as well as the floor. I had some of the worst clients, the really arrogant ones.’
