The Celebrity Big Brother star has undergone an incredible body transformation!
We’re talking a seriously impressive body overhaul. The former Hollyoaks actress managed to lose a stone in just four weeks, dropping from 9st to 8st and looks absolutely phenomenal.
As it’s January and our jeans are still a little snug from too much Christmas turkey, we’re just desperate to know how Steph did it.
Steph, 22, revealed: ‘I was determined to get in the best shape of my life for Celebrity Big Brother and went on a complete detox. You are on camera 24/7 which is pretty intimidating for any woman.’
The TV star worked out six days a week and revamped her diet, swapping crisps and McDonalds for boiled eggs and smoked salmon.
Stephanie said: ‘I am eating a lot more healthily. I am amazed I didn’t put on more weight before because I was living off rubbish. I hated myself living like that.
She added: ‘I have a completely new lifestyle and finally have the time to go to the gym regularly and really enjoy it. I used to look like a chubby little polar bear – now I’m the sexiest I have ever been.’
Well, we couldn’t agree more!
Steph, who played Sinead O’Connor in Hollyoaks for six years also confessed that her model boyfriend Sam Reece, 23, inspired her to lose weight.
‘Sam is super-buff and we are quite competitive. As soon as I left Hollyoaks, I told him: ‘I am going to get in the same shape as you’,’ she revealed.
On Monday night rumours were abound that Sam and Steph had split after Sam took to twitter explaining that he wouldn’t be supporting Ms David anymore.
Steph’s weight loss does have one minor pitfall though – her bra size has dropped from a 32D to a 32C.
‘I’ve gone from having two melons to having two oranges. That is about the only part of the new me that Sam doesn’t like,’ admitted Steph.
Nevertheless, size 8 Steph still looks blimmin’ amazing!
The CBB lady munches on boiled eggs, dried apricots, tomato soup and grilled chicken with quinoa, a big change from her previous diet consisting of Red Bull, chocolate buttons, chinese takeaways and bags of crisps.
Stephanie Davis lost a stone in a month using Forza Shake It Slim (£19.49 for 14 sachets) and Forza Hydratrim (180 capsules for £25) both of which are available to buy at Boots (www.boots.com).
