Check out the boy wizard's brand new six-pack
After playing Harry Potter in five films – with Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix out in July – Daniel Radcliffe is definitely spreading his wings.
Having won the starring role in stage play Equus – a part that requires him to appear before the audience starkers – at the Gielgud Theatre in London from 27 February, he’s not playing safe.
Actor Gary Oldman has told him the secret of baring all to an audience: ‘The first night is terrifying, the second is pretty scary and after that you don’t care.’
With another two Harry Potter movies to complete, 17-year-old Daniel isn’t walking away from him yet but, as he’s played JK Rowling’s boy wizard for seven years, he’ll be ready to say goodbye.
‘When I’ve shot the last scene of the last movie, I will be devastated,’ he tells Sunday Times Culture. ‘I want him to die because I have a melancholy yearning for a death scene.’
