Actor due back in court on 15 March

Charlie Sheen has been charged with threatening and assaulting his wife Brooke Mueller.

The actor’s accused of holding a knife to her throat during an alleged dispute at their Aspen home on Christmas Day.

Charlie, 44, is charged with menacing, misdemeanour assault and criminal mischief.

He did not enter a plea at yesterday’s hearing in Colorado and is due back in court on 15 March.

A restraining order barring him from contacting Brooke, 32, was modified.

Charlie and Brooke have indicated they’ll reconcile and hugged as they left court.

Brooke, who has ten-month-old twins Max and Bob with Charlie, wants prosecutors to drop the case.
