Christopher Maloney has defended pal Stephanie Davis against a ‘disgraceful’ troll who claimed earlier this week that she was faking her pregnancy.

In the now deleted post, the Twitter user wrote: you’re not even pregnant. We’re all just waiting for the inevitable ‘miscarriage horror’ story. You’re a mess.’

Steph then blasted the troll, saying that their words were ‘absolutely disgusting’.

Christopher, who co-starred alongside Steph in the last series of Celebrity Big Brother, rushed to her defence in a series of tweets condemning the cruel words – branding them ‘disgraceful’.

The former X Factor contestant then went on to draw upon his experiences of trolling, warning against the effects it can have on the victim.

Steph announced that she was expecting ex Jeremy McConnell’s baby back in May in a now deleted Instagram post about her split from CBB co-star. In it, she said: ‘He won’t be there only for the baby… Not me.’
