The sexy footballer's kicks go like bullets
Cristiano Ronaldo left an 11-year-old football fan with a broken wrist after accidentally sending his ball flying into a crowd at the weekend.
The hot forward was trying to score on a free kick during Real Madrid‘s friendly against AFC Bournemouth when he missed the goal.
Local supporter Charlie Silverwood ended up getting hit in the arm, landing him with a painful double fracture.
But Charlie – who’ll now be in plaster for his entire school summer holiday – was so keen to watch Cristiano, 28, in action that he stayed for the remaining 84 minutes of the game.
He’s been given a Real Madrid shirt signed by Cristiano and a football covered in Bournemouth players’ autographs by the Dorset team to say sorry.
Despite feeling sore, Charlie thinks being whacked by Cristiano‘s ball was pretty cool.
‘I’ve told friends and they cannot believe it. Ronaldo is the world’s most expensive player – and he broke my arm,’ Charlie tells The Sun.
‘I could see the ball coming towards me. It curled past the post and was going to hit my face – so I had to block it with my hand.
‘My dad was sat next to me and ducked out the way so I took the full force.’
Real Madrid spokesman Juan Camilo Andrade told The Sun that they’ll be donating a memento to Charlie.
