Singer Frankie says the treatment is 'amazing'

Frankie Sandford has visited a reflexologist to get some help with an uncomfortable pregnancy problem.

The Saturdays singer – who’s expecting her first baby with footballer fianc√© Wayne Bridge – has been suffering from swollen feet and ankles but is feeling much better after a soothing treatment session.

‘Had reflexology yesterday. It’s amazing! The first time in months that I’ve had ankles and bones in my feet! Water retention is a b***h!’ Tweeted Frankie, 24.

Reflexology is an alternative medicine which sees painful spots targeted by applying pressure on the feet, ears or hands without the use of oil or lotion.

Frankie isn’t due to give birth to her little boy until November but she’s been affected by water retention for quite a while.

Anyone know how to relieve water retention?!‘ she Tweeted back in June.

Frankie‘s band mate Rochelle Humes – who became a mum in May – replied: ‘YES you need to drink more…x.’
