The Saturdays singer was rumoured to be giving birth

Frankie Sandford has reassured fans that she’s not in labour.

Reports emerged earlier today that the pregnant Saturdays star, 24, was about to give birth when her fiancé Wayne Bridge was seen driving her to hospital Рbut it was a false alarm.

‘Defo haven’t had the baby. I’m on my way home. I wish the process was that quick!’ Tweeted Frankie.

‘My poor friends and family. My phone went into melt down in the space of 5 minutes! Even had @RochelleTheSats on the phone to wayne haha.’

The Sats‘ fans were convinced that Frankie‘s son was on his way and her band mate Rochelle Humes was desperate to find out what was going on.

Relieved Rochelle, 24 – who has three-month-old daughter Alaia-Mai with husband Marvin – is now feeling a little embarrassed about ringing Wayne, 33, in confusion.

‘Jesus! You lot panic me! @FrankieTheSats isn’t in labour! Just spoke to her all is good! She laughed at me x,’ Tweeted Rochelle.

‘@FrankieTheSats I know, sorry for the panic phone call Wayne, my stressy voice was enough to bring on the labour x.’
