The reality star is upset with reports that she's been under the knife

Kim Kardashian has slammed reports that she spent $80,000 on surgery to get her pre-pregnancy figure back.

The reality star, 33, was furious when a US magazine claimed she’d secretly had ‘fillers, stretch mark treatments and a fat-reducing ultrasound procedure’ at an LA plastic surgery clinic.

‘I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight! This is FALSE,’ Tweeted Kim.

‘I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I work out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!!’

Kim was criticised for going up to 200lb while expecting daughter North West
although she said at the time that reports were ’60lb off’ – and is now
believed to have lost 30lb.

The new mum – who got engaged to boyfriend Kanye West last month – has put her impressive weight loss down to going on the Atkins diet and is often spotted at the gym.

‘I’m so proud of my accomplishment & NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports!’ Tweeted Kim.

‘Say what u want about me but I work hard & am the most disciplined person u will ever meet!’
