The athlete has changed a lot over the past few decades

Kim Kardashian‘s stepfather Bruce Jenner is barely recognisable from his teenage years.

Snaps from the ex-decathlete’s 1968 Newton High School yearbook have emerged online, which show him looking natural and fresh-faced before undergoing any surgery.

In one black and white shot, Bruce wears a smart suit and sports a flat side-parted hairstyle as he gazes into the camera.

The reality star, 64 – who split from Kim‘s mum Kris in October – shows off his sporting prowess as he stands with his football team and dons a helmet on the pitch.

A smiling Bruce also poses with the basketball squad.

Bruce first changed his appearance when he underwent a partial face lift and nose job in the 1980s but it didn’t turn out as he’d hoped.

He was seen having a further operation to correct the botched work on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2009.

Last month, Bruce visited The Beverly Hills Surgical Center to flatten his Adam’s apple.

Chondrolaryngoplasty – or a tracheal shave – is usually performed on patients in the initial stages of gender reassignment surgery but Bruce insists this isn’t the case for him.
