Tulisa Contostavlos' ex-boyfriend denies he's to blame
Tulisa Contostavlos‘ ex-boyfriend MC Ultra denied in court yesterday that he leaked an explicit tape of her performing a sex act.
Ultra – real name Justin Edwards – backed a legal ban of the 6-minute clip and insisted he’d never have made it public.
‘Simply because I would find it ungentlemanly,’ Ultra, 28, said in a statement read to London’s High Court.
‘I was brought up better than that.’
Tulisa, 23, has made a £100,000 claim for damages and alleged breach of privacy and confidentiality against Ultra, who she dated on-off through her teens.
But Utra alleged yesterday that Tulisa ‘persuaded’ him to film the intimate encounter on her own phone in a location that appears to be backstage at a concert.
‘I’m just relieved to have a chance to tell my side of the story,’ he tells The Sun.
‘It can’t happen soon enough.
‘I’ve had to move out of my home and it’s been a nightmare for my family.
‘I just want this sorted so I can move on with my life.’
N-Dubz star Tulisa last week won an injunction after the tape appeared online for download and yesterday Mr Justice Tugendhat extended the ban at a preliminary hearing.
