Megan Fox has revealed that she thinks mythical creatures were once real.
The actress reckons there’s some truth behind the legends of Irish leprechauns, Bigfoot and Scotland’s Loch Ness Monster and loves to read up about them.
‘I believe in all these Irish myths, like leprechauns. Not the pot of gold, not the Lucky Charms leprechauns,’ says Megan, 26.
‘But maybe there was something, in the traditional sense. I believe that this stuff came from somewhere other than people’s imaginations.’
Megan – who gave birth to son Noah in September – says she was raised to ‘believe you’re safe in the hands of God’.
She began talking in tongues at the age of eight after attending a Tennessee church, which helped her to feel better about her insecurities.
‘It feels like a lot of energy coming through the top of your head,’ Megan tells Esquire.
‘Your whole body is filled with this electric current and you just start speaking but you’re not thinking because you have no idea what you’re saying.
‘Words are coming out of your mouth and you can’t control it. The idea is that it’s a language that only God understands.’
We definitely don’t understand it, Megan.
