Mark Wright patches his girl's finger up

Mark Wright came to his fiancée Michelle Keegan‘s rescue after she had an agonising mishap last week.

Ex-Coronation Street actress Michelle, 27, was very glad of Mark‘s assistance when she accidentally ripped her nail off by shutting her finger in a door.

‘It was SO painful I nearly fainted with the pain! It all happened so quickly and there was a fair bit of blood,’ writes Michelle in her Hello! blog.

‘Mark was able to patch me up a bit and stop the bleeding. It is also the middle my ring hand, so I’m hoping my nail will grow back in time for the wedding. Major major ouch!’

Luckily for Michelle – who ex-TOWIE star Mark, 27, proposed to last September – planning her nuptials is sure to help keep her mind off her bandaged digit.

The pair have found a venue and set a date for 2015 but stunning brunette Michelle hasn’t put much thought into what her wedding dress will look like.

‘I need to know what suits me first. I haven’t started thinking about the dress yet,’ says Michelle.

‘I know that’s really weird as it’s usually the first thing brides think about but I’ve been so busy. I loved Kim [Kardashian]‘s dress. I thought it was gorgeous and understated.’
