The blond singer is in awe of rockers the Eagles

Niall Horan was thrilled when he bumped into two of his idols yesterday.

The excited One Direction singer, 19, felt starstruck spending time with veteran musicians Don Henley and Timothy B Schmit from American rock band the Eagles.

‘I met my all time music heroes today ‘the eagles’ ! Well two of them! Don Henley and Timothy b shmit !#goosebumps,’ Tweeted Niall, along with a photo of the trio.

Niall has previously described himself as an ‘old rocker’ and some of his favourite bands include legendary musicians Bon Jovi and The Who.

It seems the Irish star couldn’t get his chat with Don and Timothy off his mind last night.

He told his Twitter followers that he’d tuned into the group’s career-spanning documentary History of the Eagles.

‘Sittin at home watching the new eagles movie! Holy crap the eagles are soo good! like its not even right how good they are,’ Tweeted Niall.
