The TV cook appears to have moved out

Removal men were spotted taking Nigella Lawson‘s belongings out of the £12 million Chelsea mansion she shares with husband Charles Saatchi yesterday.

Nigella‘s sister Horatia oversaw items including clothes, paintings, a food processor and recipe books being put into a lorry while Charles, 70, was out.

It’s believed that some of the TV cook’s possessions have been taken to a storage facility while the rest are at a property in southwest London, where Nigella appears to be setting up home.

Nigella, 53, is currently staying at a £10,000-per-week rented property in Mayfair and has been seen out a number of times without her wedding ring.

Her move comes less than two weeks after photos were published of Charles grabbing her throat outside their favourite restaurant Scott’s Of Mayfair.

The art collector was cautioned for assault a day later but has dismissed their 27-minute argument as a ‘playful tiff’ and said Nigella had only left home while she waited for the dust to settle.

Newer snaps show Charles pinching Nigella‘s nose and poking a finger up her nostril, which he says he did to wipe away snot.

Nigella is set to travel to the US soon to film her part as a judge on reality cooking show The Taste.

Her spokesman has made no comment on the assault or her marriage.
