Paris is joined by her brothers and grandmother in Indiana

Paris Jackson marked what would have been her father Michael Jackson‘s 54th birthday this week with a candlelight vigil outside the house he grew up in.

The pretty teen, 14, and her brothers Prince Michael, 15, and Blanket, 10, joined their grandmother Katherine and several hundred fans in Gary, Indiana on 29 August to pay their respects to the late singer.

Paris wore a blue T-shirt with the name of her father’s 1983 song Beat It and a picture of his face printed onto it to visit the tiny 2-bedroom home.

Michael had lived there with his siblings until he found fame as a member of the Jackson 5 at the age of 11.

The road the house stands on has now been renamed Jackson Street.

Before she arrived in Gary, Paris let her 892,217 Twitter followers know that she was thinking of her beloved dad on his special day.

‘my joy & my sorrow , in the promise of another 2morro , i’ll never let u apart for ur always in my heart… happy birthday i love u daddy,’ Tweeted Paris.
