Kate and Wills face further upset

Kate Middleton and Prince William are already taking legal action against Closer France for printing pictures of Kate topless, but now Italian magazine Chi is reported to be set to publish a 26-page photo special of the royal couple relaxing in Provence.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, both 30, who are now in Borneo, will be horrified by the news, but Chi Editor Alfonso Signorini says: ‘The fact that these are the future rulers of England makes the article more interesting and topical.

‘This is a deserving topic because it shows in a completely natural way the daily life of a very famous, young and modern couple in love.’

Chi and Closer France are both published by Mondadori, owned by former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi.

St James’s Palace describes the publication of
the photos of Kate as a ‘grotesque
and totally unjustifiable’.
