The star is now rocking impressive abs

Ray Quinn has shed an incredible 2st in 8 weeks.

The performer, 25, decided to get fit for Dancing On Ice – where he’s partnering professional Maria Filippov – through working out and dieting.

Ray went down from 14st to 12st by taking Forza T5 Super Strength fat burners in the morning before exercising and in the mid-afternoon to prevent snacking and cravings.

The dad-of-one also swapped unhealthy takeaways, potatoes, pasta and bread for a high-protein eating regime with plenty of fresh vegetables.

He now trains five times a week and is rocking a sexy ripped bod on the show, which he topped the leaderboard of last weekend.

Ray – who’s married to actress Emma Stephens – is thrilled with his hot new physique.

‘I’d have a bacon sarnie everyday for breakfast, or a full fry up. Then a mayo heavy pre-packed sandwich, with crisps and full-fat Coke for lunch,’ says Ray.

Forza T5 helped to reduce my snacking cravings, increased fat burning and also provided energy and protein. There’s no going back. I feel and look so much better.’
