The TOWIE star, 22, shared a snap of her hot physique this morning and told fans she’d toned up by cutting out carbs, quitting booze and working hard at the gym.

Sam looks super-hot in the photo, which sees her showing off her tanned skin in skimpy black lingerie as she poses with wavy 70s-style hair and flawless make-up.

‘#photoshoot 9 days no alcohol, no carbs & training,’ Tweeted Sam alongside the shot.

Sam – who ended things for good with ex-fiancé Joey Essex before he went into the I’m A Celebrity jungle – is believed to have gone from a size 10 to an 8 since summer.
