Sarah Harding drops a dress size for her new film role
Sarah Harding has made big changes to her diet, giving up booze and cutting down on carbs.
The 5ft 7in star wants to look her best in new movie comedy Run For Your Wife.
‘She’s about 8st 4lb now and has lost about half a stone, dropping from a size 10 to a size 8,’ says Now’s insider.
While she still eats pasta once a week, it’s only a small portion with healthier choices such as veggies, wholegrains and lean proteins.
Sarah, who stars with Denise Van Outen in the film, wanted to make sure she looked her best next to the yummy mummy.
Luckily the 29-year-old finds it easy to lose weight.
Sarah also swears by supplements to help her de-bloat, explaining: I take a lot of vitamins to keep myself in shape – acidophilus for digestion and kelp tablets before I eat to help prevent bloating.’
Whatever she’s doing, it’s clearly working.
