Actress was on her way to Manchester

Actress Roxanne Pallett pulled the communication cord to summon help on her train last night after 3 hooligans allegedly used their Staffordshire Bull Terrier to threaten her.

One of the nasty trio is reported to have told the dog: ‘Get her!’ – before another waved the animal in Roxanne‘s face as they pulled into a station.

‘She was petrified and thought the dog was going to rip her to pieces,’ a friend tells The Sun.

Last night police were hunting for the group after they managed to escape at Shrewsbury station in Shropshire.

The 29-year-old former Emmerdale star, who was travelling up to Manchester Piccadilly, is said to be shaken and a spokesman has confirmed the British Transport Police are investigating ‘abusive behaviour’.
