The singer finds Gary's Take That songs emotional

Tulisa Contostavlos insists she’s not as tough as she’s made out to be.

The X Factor judge says she’s emotional and tends to find herself welling up at something every few days.

‘I am so soppy on the inside, I am. I’m a big sop. I cry at a lot of things. Sometimes a girly film, but usually after a night out,’ says Tulisa, 24.

‘I usually have it maybe once a week, after a night out – I come home, put my iPod on and just have a good cry and it makes me feel better.’

Tulisa may end up getting a little upset when the UK Top 40 is announced this Sunday – her new album The Female Boss has only reached No 17 so far while her single Sight Of You was at No 10 yesterday.

She’s admitted that listening to some tunes by fellow judge Gary Barlow‘s band Take That can make her feel better.

‘Do you know what? I’m not going to lie,’ Tulisa tells Loose Women.

‘A couple of times I’ve listened to Rule The World crying my eyes out.’
