The fashionista chooses to hang out with her family

Victoria Beckham reportedly sat away from her Spice Girls band mates at the launch of new musical Viva Forever! last night.

The fashion designer stayed seated with husband David and sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz while the other girls danced along to the show.

Victoria, 38, had already missed a photocall with Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, Mel B and Mel C at London’s Piccadilly Theatre because she got stuck in traffic.

She appeared on stage with them after the performance but chose to thank her family ahead of the group, the show’s writer Jennifer Saunders, the producers and the cast.

She was also the first of the Spice Girls to make her way home.

But Victoria later told her Twitter followers that she’d had a brilliant evening and had loved catching up with the rest of the group.

‘Great time with my girls tonight! Thank you Simon Fuller,we couldn’t have done this without you!!! x Vb #vivaforever,’ she Tweeted.
