The shape-up plan – devised by Jennifer Aniston‘s yoga instructor Mandy Ingber – combines yoga moves with astrology.

Just a year after Cruz’s birth in 2005, she dropped to a size 4 – with a tiny 23in waist – and weighed just 7st.

In previous interviews, Posh has admitted her ideal weight should be about 8½ or 9st’.
